Holding her hand in mine,
This radiant girl, my valentine.
Her skin as fair as snow,
Her love as beautiful as aurora's glow.
Her eyes, piercing and brown;
Her voice, the most addictive sound;
Her love, my crown;
And whose cooking shall keep me very round.
Her hair gets everywhere,
Tickles and chokes.
But her cute stare
Makes up for her hair being the butt of jokes.
I know of these and more,
It is for these that I adore,
The girl who has now become my life,
The woman who will soon be my wife.
